Terms for the diagnostic pilot.

These terms define the narrow role of Zushy’s free written diagnostic service and the responsibilities that come with sharing automation evidence.

Pre-launch draft. Zushy’s legal operator name, contact address, governing law, and dispute venue must be confirmed before these terms are used for live submissions.

1. Accepting these terms

By submitting a case, you agree to these terms. If you submit for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it and to share the information you provide. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 18 years old.

2. What Zushy provides

Zushy offers an early, free pilot that reviews a written description and optional sanitized evidence relating to a Make.com automation issue. Zushy may identify likely causes, distinguish observations from inferences, and suggest useful next checks by text.

The pilot does not include ongoing monitoring, guaranteed response times, implementation work, direct changes to your scenario, access to your accounts, or a promise that an issue will be resolved. Zushy may decline or stop reviewing a case when there is insufficient evidence, unacceptable risk, abuse, or a conflict with these terms.

Zushy is independent and is not Make.com support, a Make.com partner, or endorsed by Make.com.

3. What you may submit

You retain ownership of your submission. You give Zushy a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, copy, inspect, and use it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the diagnostic service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to share the material and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights, confidentiality duties, contract, or law.

Do not submit secrets or unnecessary personal data

Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, credentials, payment data, government identifiers, health information, malicious code, or unsanitized customer data. Redact unrelated names, email addresses, message contents, IDs, and business records. Zushy may delete unsafe or excessive material without reviewing it.

4. Diagnostic limits

A diagnosis is based only on the evidence available at the time. It may contain uncertainty, assumptions, or more than one plausible cause. A completed execution, screenshot, or log may omit facts needed to identify the underlying problem.

Suggestions are informational and are not legal, security, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. They are not a substitute for official platform support or for a qualified specialist where the issue affects security, compliance, financial records, safety, or critical operations.

5. Your responsibility before making changes

You are responsible for your automations, accounts, data, permissions, backups, and business decisions. Before applying a suggested check or change, review it for your environment, preserve a recoverable version, use test data or a sandbox where practical, and verify the result. Do not grant Zushy account access or production credentials.

6. Fees and future services

The early diagnostic pilot is free. Zushy will not charge you merely for submitting a pilot case. Any later paid service would require separate, clear pricing and terms before you agree to it.

7. Intellectual property

Except for user submissions and third-party materials, Zushy owns or licenses the website, branding, copy, and original diagnostic materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party’s intellectual property.

Make, Make.com, and third-party product names belong to their respective owners. Their services are governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zushy does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular diagnosis, or a successful business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Zushy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the pilot or reliance on a suggestion. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the pilot at any time. Zushy may suspend access or decline further submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other people, or legal rights. Sections that by their nature should continue—such as intellectual property, responsibility, and dispute provisions—survive termination.

10. Changes to these terms

Zushy may update these terms as the pilot changes. The date at the top will be updated. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be highlighted where reasonably possible. Submitting a new case after updated terms take effect indicates acceptance of those updated terms.

11. Governing law, disputes, and contact

The legal operator name, registered or business address, monitored legal contact, governing law, and appropriate dispute venue must be inserted here before the form accepts live cases. Mandatory rights under the law where a consumer lives cannot be displaced by these terms.
